Two visionaries, two connoisseurs

Nordik Wagyu’s owners, Alexandre and Jean-Christophe, possess perfectly complementary expertise. Alexandre was born into the world of agriculture, allowing him to develop his passion for quality animals early on, while Jean-Christophe has a background in medicine and is also passionate about gourmet cuisine. Together, they decided they would make it easier for people to combine great taste with good health, a concept into which Wagyu beef fits perfectly.

We want to share this high quality, which is why our company also offers the sale of animals and embryos. Since we aim to remain Canadian and global leaders in Wagyu genetics, our herd consists of animals from the best breeders across North America and Australia. Our selection criteria is specifically aimed at improving meat quality so that it consistently exceeds industry standards. This is what sets us apart.
